What is Grading?
Automatically scoring a forecast at expiry against the recorded price, wins and losses alike.
When a horizon expires, a job reads the settlement price, records whether the range held, whether the direction was right and the absolute percentage error, then stores the row for ever.
Grades are never edited. That is the whole point: a record you can correct is not a record.
