Short version: the forecasts are information, not advice, and we publish our misses as openly as our hits.

CoinPredict publishes statistical forecasts for crypto assets, the record of how those forecasts performed once they expired, and explanatory material about the method. It is free to read. Using the site means accepting these terms.
Not financial advice
Nothing here is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, or a personal recommendation. We do not know your circumstances, your portfolio or your risk tolerance. Read the risk disclaimer before acting on anything you see here.
What the numbers are
A forecast is a probability distribution from a model, not a promise. A range published as "80%" is expected to hold about four times in five — which means it should fail about once in five. Our track record publishes those failures, including the ones that are unflattering, and it is generated from stored data rather than written by hand.
Accounts and paid features
There is no sign-in on the site today and no paid tier. When accounts, a watchlist or a subscription are introduced, their own terms will appear before you can use them, and this page will be updated at the same time.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not scrape in a way that ignores
robots.txtor that degrades the site for other readers. Ordinary search-engine and AI crawler access is welcome where allowed. - Do not republish substantial parts of the site as if they were your own.
- Do not use the site to break the law, including financial-promotion rules.
Our content
The site's text, design, generated explanations and track-record data belong to CoinPredict. You may quote short passages with a credit and a link to the page you took them from, and you may cite the published hit rates with the date they were taken. Market data belongs to its providers — see the attribution in the footer.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site up and the data current, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Pages and features can change or disappear. A model can be retired; when that happens the version that made each call stays on the record.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoinPredict is not liable for losses arising from decisions you make after reading the site, from inaccurate or unavailable data, or from third-party services we link to. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Reporting content
If you believe something on the site is unlawful, misleading or infringes your rights, write to hello@coinpredict.net with the URL and the reason. We review reports and will correct or remove content when the report is justified, and we keep a record of what we did.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, and disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction. Where consumer law gives you stronger rights in your own country, those rights are unaffected.
