One address for everything: hello@coinpredict.net. A human reads it, usually within a couple of working days.
Corrections and data problems
A number that contradicts another on the same page, a stale chart, a coin listed under the wrong name. Include the URL and what you expected to see.
Forecast questions
Ask how a range or a confidence was produced. The methodology page answers most of it, and anything it does not is worth documenting.
Privacy requests
Access, correction or deletion of anything we hold about you. We answer within the period applicable law gives us.
Press and research
Data from the track record can be quoted with a link and the date it was taken. Tell us what you are working on.
Advertising and listings
Display, newsletter and presale listings. The disclosure page says what money can and cannot buy.
Reports about content
Anything you believe is unlawful, misleading or infringes your rights. Include the URL and the reason; we review every report and record what we did.
Before you write
For a forecast that looks wrong, check the target date and the horizon first: a 30-day call that has not expired has not been graded yet. The track record shows what has actually been graded, and the methodology explains the gates that can hide a horizon instead of publishing a weak number.
