What this site collects, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

CoinPredict is a read-only predictions site. There are no accounts, no sign-in and no advertising cookies. What we do collect is ordinary web-server information — the kind every site keeps to stay online and to notice abuse — and any email you choose to send us. The newsletter field in the footer is not connected to a mailing provider yet, so it stores nothing.
What we collect
- Server logs. IP address, timestamp, requested path, referrer and user agent. Retained for a short period for security and capacity, then discarded.
- Emails you send. Our contact address and its mailbox provider keep the message so we can answer it.
- Page rendering. Pages are served from a cache and rendered on the server; the forecast numbers you see are not generated from anything about you.
- Not collected today: no account data, no watchlists, no votes, no payment details, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party analytics script on this site at the time of writing.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The cookie banner records your choice in your browser so it does not ask again. See the cookie policy for the detail and for how to clear it.
Who processes it
- Hosting and CDN. The site is served by Render and fronted by Cloudflare, which keep their own request logs under their terms.
- Market data. Prices, market caps and categories come from CoinGecko. We query it; it does not receive anything about you.
- Language models. When a model key is configured, coin analysis text is written by a third-party model (Anthropic, DeepSeek, OpenAI or Google) from numbers we publish. The input is the forecast data only — never visitor information.
- Email. Our mailbox provider processes the messages you send us.
Why we process it
Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interests: keeping the service available and free of abuse. Your emails are processed to answer you, which is also a legitimate interest, or to take steps you asked for before any contract.
Advertising
There are no ads or affiliate links on the site today. When they arrive they will be labelled, and the advertising disclosure will say who pays us and what they cannot buy. Any personalisation would be opt-in.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, its correction or deletion, a restriction on processing, or an objection to it, and you can complain to your local data-protection authority. Write to hello@coinpredict.net and we will answer within the period the applicable law gives us.
Children
The site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data about children.
Changes
When what we collect changes — for example if accounts or analytics are switched on — this page is updated in the same change and the date at the top moves. We do not quietly widen what we collect.
