What is Wallet?
Software or hardware that holds keys and signs transactions; it does not hold coins.
A wallet manages keys and addresses. The coins live on the chain; the wallet is the thing that proves you can move them.
That distinction matters when a service says it stores your coins: if it holds the keys, it holds the coins.
