What is Token approval?

Permission you grant a contract to move a token of yours, sometimes without a limit.

DeFi interactions ask for an allowance. An unlimited approval remains valid until you revoke it, so a later compromise of that contract can move everything you allowed.

Review approvals periodically and revoke the ones you no longer use. It is one of the cheapest security habits in crypto.
