What is Regulatory risk?
The chance that a law or enforcement action changes who can hold, trade or list an asset.
Rules on securities, custody, tax and stablecoin reserves can change an asset's addressable market overnight. Exchange delistings are the most direct price effect.
It is not a price input the models here use: it is unforecastable, and pretending otherwise would be false precision.
