What is Fully diluted valuation (FDV)?
Price times max supply: what the coin would be worth if every token existed.
FDV is the cap the coin is valued at before all its supply is issued. A large gap between market cap and FDV means years of dilution are ahead.
It is a warning, not a forecast: tokens unlock on schedules, and a heavy unlock calendar is supply that has to be absorbed.
